Description: The initial phase of the restoration of the Elisabet Ney Museum site included a written report on the Museum, including photographs of potential structural concerns and updates to the 2007 Master Plan. In addition, the written report on the Lodge building included establishing the anticipated repair/replacement of structural elements with respect to retrofitting the structure for office/meeting space usage, including the possible conversion of the attic into office space.
