This project is a commercial tenant improvement of an existing 4-story building. The structural scope included services for a new guardrail at the new vaulted space, a freestanding slanted/partial height/or otherwise atypical walls, and small penetrations in the existing post-tensioned floor slab. The new penetrations were related to four new restrooms, new pantry/coffee areas, and furniture floor coring for electrical/data wiring.
