Ghostpepper Building

Structural Engineering

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing metal building for a new retail space. The existing building was previously used as an automobile shop. The renovation included removal and replacement of the entire building skin with much of it being replaced with glass windows and large operable doors (overhead and airplane hangar-type doors. A new, free-standing, steel-framed canopy wraps three sides of the building.
