This project is new single-story commercial retail/restaurant building on approximately 5.71 acres of a 6.84-acre lot consisted of 17,200-gsf of newly constructed shell retail building, 11,300-gsf of newly constructed shell retail building and 6,900-gsf of newly constructed shell restaurant building. The shell includes insulation in exterior walls and under roof, code-required emergency lighting. Construction type is a steel structure with metal framing and primarily a flat roof with a masonry and stucco finish.
