Hyatt Regency Hotel at AUS Airport

This project is the four level, 139 room Hyatt Place Hotel on Presidential Boulevard at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The ground level consists of 21,850 square feet of conditioned space and a single level porte-cochere. It has 19 hotel rooms along with meeting rooms, laundry, administrative space, lobby, kitchen, fitness, lounge, and mechanical support space. The second level is 18,980 gross square feet with 38 rooms with other support space and an open atrium to the ground level lobby below. The third and fourth levels of approximately 19,517 gross square feet accommodate approximately 41 rooms and other support space. The roof level is predominantly flat with a portion sloped to the west of the elevators.
